These calculations are based on a sample of 235 patients with C3 glomerulopathies, including 164 patients with C3 Glomerulonephritis (C3GN) and 71 patients with Dense Deposit Disease (DDD).

• ESRD: End stage renal disease (defined here as GFR < 15 or kidney transplant)
• UPCR: Urine Protein/Creatinine Ratio
• GFR: Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate
• Chronicity: Mayo Clinic Chronicity Score, from biopsy
• Creatinine: Serum creatinine (mg/dL)
