I graduated from Iowa State University (ISU) in 2024 and now I am working as part of the genetic team at the MORL. My current focus is using multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification to detect copy number variants in CFH, CFHR3and1, and CFHR425. I also help with other tasks such as PCR, Sanger sequencing, DNA extraction, etc.
