As the General Laboratory Supervisor and Safety Officer for the Molecular Otolaryngology and Renal Research Laboratories, I oversee laboratory operations, safety compliance, certification renewal, and staff training. As a member of the Clinical Diagnostics Division’s genetics team, I develop, perform, and analyze Genetic Renal Panel and OtoSCOPE testing. I also participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and prepare clinical result reports that translate complex genetic findings into clear, actionable information for healthcare providers, supporting accurate diagnosis and patient care.
